History of the Ringhotels Association

Ringhotels e.V. was founded in 1973 and is today the largest association of private, independent hotels in Germany. The member establishments are premier 3- and 4-star hotels. Ringhotels incorporates conference and city hotels as well as vacation hotels and wellness resorts. The „German Castles“ line of hotels has been part of Ringhotels since July 2007.

more than 300 privately owned and individually run hotels under one umbrella

Ringhotels collaborates with like-minded hotel partners throughout Europe, under the „Pleasant Hotels Europe“ umbrella. With this unique „cooperation of cooperations“ throughout Europe, Ringhotels is able to offer its guests a very comprehensive network of more than 300 privately owned and individually run hotels in Denmark, Germany, Austria, Sweden und Switzerland.
